For still life class, we had to do a white on white photograph, so I grabbed my very own figure skates and took them to the studio. I used to compete when I was younger and I miss it a lot, so this particular set of footwear is important to me.
Fishing line tied to a boom above the shot. Three strings - one on each of the top lace hooks and one tied to the back of the blade by the heel of the boot.
